Introduction to Materials and Grades

Cast Nylon PA 6 (Polyamide 6) is high molecular thermo- plastic material which is produced by the active anionic polymerization of lactams. In casting by chemical reactions, the product is polymerized directly into semi-finished products or shaped cast pieces. The monomer casting process constitutes a considerable improvement in casting technology. It is particularly significant in terms of the material's performance. A-ONE cast nylon is a solid, low stress homogeneous thermoplastic material; the properties are accentuated by means of modification of crystalline and are typically light-beige in colour. In addition, special setting and additives render this material suitable for different mechanical applications.

This is suitable for bushing application.

This is best suited grade where the components run at comparatively higher temperature and under severe abrasion

A ONE PREMIUM


This grade achieves very low coeff. Of friction with elevated mechanical properties. Veryu suitable bushing material where higher PV is required.

A ONE PREMIUM 901 BLUE

Mechanical properties of this grade makes this material especially suitable for gear, wheels, rack and pinions.
